When it comes to super heroes, our children are inundated with media from overseas. But a Māori publisher wants to offer our kids an alternative to the usual fare that’s served up by the likes of Marvel Entertainment.
A new book is set to hit the shelves that recounts the superhuman exploits of our ancestors. Reporter Rapaera Tawhai got a sneak peek at the publication entitled Te Arawa Super Heroes and filed this report.
